Management Commitment. Prior to the Preliminary Launch, ILSI and FMN shall each employ or identify one managerial employee or officer to act as a liaison between FMN and ILSI to assist with effectuating the goals of this Agreement.
Management Commitment i. Respondent commits that senior management has reviewed and approved Respondent’s sanctions compliance program.
Management Commitment. The Company is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment free of recognized hazards and encourages the active involvement and support of all employees. To achieve this end, the Company shall: • Establish responsibilities at all levels of management and hold them accountable for implementing programs and procedures. • Ensure through proper support and training that all employees are aware of recognized hazards and accept responsibility for working safely. • Review operating procedures and programs. • Design, construct, continuously improve and operate facilities in a manner that encourages the elimination of work-related injuries and illnesses. • Ensure that all operations conduct business in compliance with applicable safety and health laws and regulations.
Management Commitment i. Acteon commits to ensuring that its senior management, including the organization’s Chief Executive Officer and the Group General Counsel, are committed to supporting 2H Offshore’s OFAC compliance program.
Management Commitment. The Chief Executive Officer is the Responsible Officer under the terms of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 and carries the ultimate responsibility for implementation of this policy. Day to day responsibility is delegated to Managers, Supervisors and Employees. Accordingly, Management will fully support the integration of this policy and procedure into Council's operations by providing appropriate resources, training and assistance to Staff to ensure it is implemented and maintained.

Management Commitment. The District and the Association concur that the management nature of the duties and responsibilities of Principals covered by this Agreement requires a commitment to whatever time is necessary to accomplish such managerial duties and responsibilities.
Management Commitment a. The parties agree to work cooperatively to implement programs designed to achieve the fullest utilization of employee skills and potential on an equal basis. In this regard, such programs should be designed and implemented according to law and applicable higher-level regulations such as 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16; 29 U.S.C § 633(a); 29 U.S.C. § 791; 29 U.S.C. § 206(d); 5 U.S.C. § 2302(b); 29 CFR 1614 et seq.; 29 CFR 1607 et seq.; the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, and/or any agreements mutually acceptable to both parties.
Management Commitment. The District and the Business Manager concur that the management nature of the duties and responsibilities of the Business Manager covered by this Agreement requires a commitment to whatever time is necessary to accomplish such managerial duties and responsibilities.

The Company recognizes the importance of the operation in the continued success of Xxxxxxxx American Corporation, as can be demonstrated by the investment into this facility over the last year. It is the intention of Xxxxxxxx American to grow thebusiness and to maintain the current business at this facility. The Company and the Union recognize that only through their continued efforts on quality and productivity etc. can ensure its future.
