Managed Storage Services. 1.1 Sungard AS will provide Managed Storage Services for the Customer VDC(s) and/or Managed Physical Hosts which shall be provided in multiple gigabytes as identified in the Schedule. 1.2 Sungard AS will provide Managed Storage Services for Object Based Storage accessed by Virtual Machine(s) and/or Managed Physical Hosts 1.3 The Customer acknowledges that it may be necessary to allow the Equipment vendor onto the Storage Infrastructure for the purpose of maintenance and support.
