Managed Services Support. 12.1 Help and assistance is provided for any issue that materially degrades the performance of the Managed Services being provided under this Agreement (“Service Affecting Issue”) via the instructions published on Our website from time to time. 12.2 Assistance for non-Service Affecting Issues is only provided without fee if included in the Proposal. 12.3 Where urgent support or support outside of normal office hours, as shown on our website from time to time or available on request, is requested, we reserve the right to ▇▇▇▇ for this work at our higher rate of up to 2x our standard published hourly rate, as available on our website from time to time, or on request.
Managed Services Support. During the Subscription Period for Managed Services BA Insight shall also provide (i) management of the system and environment by a service delivery team; (ii) monitoring of the system twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year; (iii) additional specific deployment services described in the Order Form
Managed Services Support. All Managed Services are provided with either “Standard” service and support or “Advanced” service and support. A detailed description of each of Standard and Advanced service and support is provided in the Managed Services description in Section 1.2(d).

Related to Managed Services Support

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.
