Managed Server Services. VeriCenter Managed Servers will be available on a 7 (day) x 24 (hour) x 52 (week) basis, except for Scheduled Outages. VeriCenter Managed Server environments are designed with robust architectures and production system disciplines to ensure maximum performance and availability. VeriCenter will continuously employ production system disciplines and monitor capacity and performance levels for Managed Server environments.
