Managed Care. For clarity, GSK shall be responsible for decisions and negotiations with relevant governmental authorities, agencies and managed care organizations (including health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, exclusive provider organizations, independent practice associations, point-of-service plans and the like) and other institutions regarding price and reimbursement status of Licensed Products in the GSK Territory.
