Making Fast Clause Samples

Making Fast. No person having charge of any vessel shall make the same fast to any finger 14 float, walkway, pier or dock other than in his/her berth in the city marina without the consent 15 of the harbormaster. No person shall make fast any vessel to any other vessel already occupying 16 any berth or tied alongside any pier, dock or walkway without first obtaining permission of the 17 harbormaster and the owner of such other vessel. This subsection does not apply to those berths 18 designated by the harbormaster as "guest berths."
