Common use of Makeup Power Clause in Contracts

Makeup Power. At the Company's request, BPA shall sell and deliver to the Company energy in excess of the amount shown in Exhibit D (Makeup Power), at the applicable energy charge only established for Firm Energy in the Industrial Firm Power Rate in the Rate Schedule, to the extent that such energy is needed by the Company to restore its operations following a restriction. Such Makeup Power shall not subject the Company to any Unauthorized Increase, or other charge.
