Common use of Majority Representative Clause in Contracts

Majority Representative. The City recognizes the PBA #77 as the Majority Representative for all regularly appointed Sergeants within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Point Police Department, hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYEE. The City and the PBA #77 agree that the PBA #77 has the exclusive right to negotiate as to the terms and conditions of employment for such employees pursuant to Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974.
