Common use of Majority in Interest Clause in Contracts

Majority in Interest. For so long as any obligations remain outstanding on the Notes, Majority in Interest for the purposes of this Agreement and the Security Agreement shall mean Lenders who hold not less than seventy-five percent (75%) of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes except in relation to Sections 3(a)(i) and 3(a)(ii) wherein a Majority in Interest shall mean 33% of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes.
