Common use of Majority Control Clause in Contracts

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Owners under this Agreement may be taken by Owners evidencing more than 50% of the Percentage Interest in the Residual Interest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Owners delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be effective if signed by Owners evidencing more than 50% of the Percentage Interest in the Residual Interest at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Owners under this Agreement may be taken by Owners evidencing more than 50% of the Percentage Interest in the Majority Residual InterestInterestholders. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Owners delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be effective if signed by Owners evidencing more than 50% of the Percentage Interest in the Majority Residual Interest Interestholders at the time of the delivery of such notice.
