Common use of Majority Control Clause in Contracts

Majority Control. To the extent that there is more than one Residual Interestholder, any action which may be taken or consent or instructions which may be given by the Residual Interestholder under this Agreement may be taken by Residual Interestholders holding in the aggregate a percentage of the beneficial interest in the Issuer equal to more than 50% of the beneficial interest in the Issuer at the time of such action.
