Common use of Majority Control Clause in Contracts

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest 51% of the Certificatesaggregate Certificate Percentage Interest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority 51% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesCertificate Percentage Interests. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Percentage Interests at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders Owners under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Percentage Interests evidenced by the Trust Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders Owners delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Percentage Interests evidenced by the Trust Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except To the extent that there is more than one Certificateholder, except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less in the aggregate greater than a majority 50% Percentage Interest of the CertificatesInterest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less in the aggregate greater than a majority 50% Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificatesaggregate Certificate Percentage Interest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders of a Class delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders the Certificateholders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates such Class at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders Owners delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by the Holders of the Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Percentage Interest of Interests evidenced by the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders holders of Certificates evidencing not less more than a majority 50% of the Percentage Interest of in the Certificates Trust at the time of the delivery of such noticenotice and such action shall be binding upon all Certificateholders.

Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders holders of Certificates evidencing not less more than a majority 50% of the Percentage Interest of in the Certificates Issuing Entity at the time of the delivery of such noticenotice and such action shall be binding upon all Certificateholders.

Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be maybe taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates Certificateholders evidencing not less than a majority of the outstanding Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates Certificateholders evidencing not less than a majority of the outstanding Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders Certificateholders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interest of the CertificatesClass specified, if any. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders the Certificateholders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates such Class at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement Owners of the Certificates may be taken by the Holders Owners of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Percentage Interest of Interests evidenced by the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders Owners delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders the Owners of the Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Percentage Interest of Interests evidenced by the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided hereinherein or in any supplement to this Trust Agreement, any action or direction that may be taken or given by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may not be taken or given unless agreed to or directed by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesMajority Certificateholders. Except as expressly provided hereinherein or in any supplement to this Trust Agreement, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates Majority Certificateholders at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesMajority Certificateholder. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Trust Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing Trust Certificateholders holding not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificatesaggregate Certificate Percentage Interest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Trust Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing Trust Certificateholders holding not less than a majority of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.. ARTICLE FIVE APPLICATION OF TRUST FUNDS; CERTAIN DUTIES

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Percentage Interest of Interests in the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Percentage Interest of Interests in the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Percentage Interests of the Trust Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing Certificateholders holding not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesCertificate Percentage Interest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest 51% of the CertificatesCertificate Balance. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest 51% of the Certificates Certificate Balance at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Percentage Interest of Interests in the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Percentage Interest of Interests in the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Ownership Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Percentage Interests of the Ownership Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Ownership Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Percentage Interests of the Ownership Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates Certificateholders evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesCertificate Percentage Interests. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Percentage Interests at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates Certificateholders evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Security Balance of such Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly otherwise specifically provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesPercentage Interest. Except as expressly otherwise specifically provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority of the Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except To the extent that there is more than one Certificateholder, except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing in the aggregate not less than a majority 50.1% Percentage Interest of the CertificatesInterest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing in the aggregate not less than a majority 50.1% Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesMajority Certificateholder. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice or instruction of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders Owners under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders Holder of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesCertificate Balance. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders Owners delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders Holder of Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Voting Rights of the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Voting Rights of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders Certificateholders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesCertificate Balance. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders Certificateholders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Trust Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing Trust Certificateholders holding not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the CertificatesCertificate Balance. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Trust Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing Trust Certificateholders holding not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Balance at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less more than a majority 50% of the Percentage Interest in each of the CertificatesTrust Interests and such action shall be binding upon all Certificateholders. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less more than a majority 50% of the Percentage Interest in each of the Certificates Trust Interests at the time of the delivery of such noticenotice and such action shall be binding upon all Certificateholders.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Investor Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Percentage Interests of the Investor Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Investor Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Percentage Interests of the Investor Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Security Balance of the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Security Balance of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Trust Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing Trust Certificateholders holding not less than a majority Percentage Majority Interest of the Trust Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Trust Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing Trust Certificateholders holding not less than a majority Percentage Majority Interest of the Trust Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.. 13 (NALT 2023-A Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement)

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided hereinherein and for the avoidance of doubt subject to Section 3.12, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest 51% of the Certificatesaggregate Certificate Percentage Interest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority 51% of the aggregate Certificate Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates Majority Certificateholders evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest 50.1% of the CertificatesCertificate Balance without regard to Certificates held by the Depositor. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates the Majority Certificateholders evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest 50.1% of the Certificates Certificate Balance at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates Certificateholders evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Security Balance of the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Owner Trust Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Percentage Interests of the Owner Trust Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Investor Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Percentage Interests of the Investor Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Investor Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.outstanding Percentage

Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the Certificates Certificate Invested Amount at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except To the extent that there is more than one Certificateholder, except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing in the aggregate not less than a majority 50% Percentage Interest of the CertificatesInterest. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders Certificateholders of Trust Certificates evidencing in the aggregate not less than a majority 50% Percentage Interest of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Principal Balance of the Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest of the outstanding Principal Balance of the Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.

Majority Control. Except as expressly provided herein, any action that may be taken by the Certificateholders under this Trust Agreement may be taken by the Holders of Certificates Certificateholders, except as expressly provided in the Basic Documents, evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest percentage interest of the Owner Trust Certificates. Except as expressly provided herein, any written notice of the Certificateholders delivered pursuant to this Trust Agreement shall be effective if signed by Holders of Certificates Certificateholders evidencing not less than a majority Percentage Interest percentage interest of the Owner Trust Certificates at the time of the delivery of such notice.
