Major Network Projects Sample Clauses
The 'Major Network Projects' clause defines the terms and conditions that apply to large-scale or significant network infrastructure initiatives undertaken by the parties. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for what constitutes a major project, such as exceeding certain budget thresholds, involving multiple sites, or requiring substantial resources and coordination. It may also specify additional approval processes, reporting requirements, or risk management procedures unique to these projects. The core function of this clause is to ensure that complex and high-impact network projects are managed with appropriate oversight and controls, thereby reducing the risk of miscommunication, cost overruns, or project failure.
