Major Maintenance. The Port shall have the obligation to undertake all Major Maintenance that the Consolidated Rental Car Facility or Consolidated Rental Car Facility Site may require. When the Port undertakes such work, it shall specifically notify the Operators and Facility Manager of that fact, will proceed diligently to complete such work, and will otherwise comply with the standards imposed upon the Operators set forth in Section 15.1.2.
