Common use of MAJOR DISABILITY Clause in Contracts

MAJOR DISABILITY. In the event of an employee suffering a major disability or becoming incapacitated, exception may be made to the seniority provisions of this agreement in favour of such employee by the agreement between the Company and the Union.
