Common use of Maintenance Training Program Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Training Program. In conjunction with earlier sales to Buyer of the same model type aircraft as the Aircraft, Boeing has provided to Buyer comprehensive maintenance training and/or materials for such aircraft. If requested by Buyer at least 12 months prior to delivery of the first Aircraft, Boeing agrees to provide 1 Maintenance Training course consisting of classroom training to acquaint up to 15 of Buyer's personnel with any operational, structural or systems differences between the first Aircraft scheduled for delivery pursuant to this Agreement and the last aircraft of the same model type for which maintenance training and/or materials were delivered by Boeing to Buyer that are significant to the maintenance of the Aircraft. Such course will be scheduled by mutual agreement of Boeing's and Buyer's maintenance training organizations.
