Common use of Maintenance Repairs Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Repairs. Repairs necessitated by my negligence or that of my guests will be made by the University. Any such costs will be chargeable to me upon written notice from the University and shall be payable no later than the due date of the next installment of room charges following such notice.
