MAINTENANCE, REDECORATION AND CLEANING. 4.1 Maintain and Repair Subject to clause 4.2, the Lessee shall: (a) maintain, replace, repair and renovate the Premises and the Lessor's Property so that the Premises and the Lessor's Property are at all times kept in good condition; (b) maintain that part of any drains, pipes and other conduits originating in or connected to the Premises in a clean, clear and free flowing condition; (REIWA LOGO) (C) COPYRIGHT REIWA 2004 02/04 R401 - Unauthorised copying prohibited (c) regularly clean and maintain any grease traps serving the Premises, whether or not within the Premises; and (d) promptly clean all blockages in the drains, pipes, other conduits and grease traps.
