MAINTENANCE OF SUFFICIENT AND PROPER SHARES OF COMMON STOCK. (a) The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available a number of authorized shares of Common Stock sufficient to permit the exercise in full of all outstanding Warrants and shall use its best efforts to cause all shares of Common Stock issued upon the exercise of the Warrants to be listed on any exchanges on which the Common Stock is then listed.
