Common use of Maintenance of Securities Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Securities. It is hereby undertaken by the Borrower that the Finance Documents shall both at the date of execution and delivery thereof and so long as any moneys are owing and/or due under this Agreement and/or under the other Finance Documents be valid and binding obligations of the respective Security Parties thereto and rights of the Lender enforceable in accordance with their respective terms and that they will, at the expense of the Borrower, execute, sign, perfect and do any and every such further assurance, document, act, omission or thing as in the opinion of the Lender may be necessary or desirable for perfecting the security contemplated or constituted by the Finance Documents.
