Maintenance of Records by Member. The Member will maintain books of account and other records, in reasonable detail and in accordance with the Member’s standard practices, in a level of detail suitable to substantiate the Member’s invoices for allowable costs. The Member shall preserve and make these books and records open to inspection during normal business hours as provided in Paragraphs 4.5 and 4.6 below, for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the end of the calendar year in which such Research Services were rendered. * Confidential treatment requested
