Common use of Maintenance of Property Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Property. The Borrower shall maintain, and shall cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, and preserve all its Property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereof.

Maintenance of Property. The Borrower shall maintain, and shall cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, and preserve all its Property property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and make all necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereofin any case where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Property. The Borrower shall maintain, keep all property useful and shall cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries necessary to maintain, and preserve all its Property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted and except as permitted under Section 7.02(bexcepted) hereofin accordance with its past operating practices.

The Borrower shall maintainshall, and shall cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintainto, maintain all of its property necessary and preserve all its Property which is used or useful in the conduct of its business business, in good working order operating condition and conditionrepair, ordinary wear and tear excepted and except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereofunavoidable casualty excepted.

Maintenance of Property. The Borrower shall maintainshall, and shall cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintainto, maintain and preserve all its Property property which is used or useful in in, and material to, its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereofshall use the reasonably prudent standard of care typical in the industry in the operation and maintenance of its Oil and Gas Properties.

Maintenance of Property. The Borrower shall maintain, and shall cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, and preserve all its Property property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted excepted, make all necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof, and to keep such property free of any Hazardous Materials, except where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, except as permitted under by Section 7.02(b) hereof7.02. The Borrower shall use at least the standard of care typical in the industry in the operation of its facilities.

Maintenance of Property. The Borrower shall maintain, and shall cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, maintain and preserve all its Property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted excepted, and make all reasonably necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof, except as permitted under by Section 7.02(b) hereof5.2.

The Borrower shall maintain, and shall cause each of its Significant Principal Subsidiaries and Subsidiaries, respectively, to maintain, and preserve all its Property property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereofexcepted.

The Borrower shall shall: (1) maintain, preserve and shall cause each protect its material Property necessary to the operation of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, and preserve all its Property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted excepted; and (2) make all necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof; in each of the foregoing clauses (1) and (2), except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereof.where the failure to do so could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;

The Borrower shall maintainshall, and shall cause each of its Significant Restricted Subsidiaries to, keep and maintain all property material to maintainthe conduct of the business of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries, and preserve all its Property which is used or useful in its business taken as a whole, in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereofexcepted.

Maintenance of Property. The Borrower shall maintainshall, and shall cause each of its Significant the Material Subsidiaries to to, maintain, in all material respects, in good, safe and preserve all its Property which is used or useful in its business in good working order insurable condition and conditionrepair, ordinary wear and tear excepted excepted, all of its respective owned and except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereofleased property which is material to the continued operations of the owner or lessee thereof.

Maintenance of Property. The Borrower shall maintainwill keep, and shall cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintainkeep, and preserve all its Property which is used or useful in its business property necessary to their respective businesses in good working order and condition, condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted and except as permitted under Section 7.02(b) hereofexcepted); provided that neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall be required to maintain any property, the maintenance of which is determined by it in good faith not to be in its best interest in the conduct of business.
