Common use of Maintenance of Principal Business Place Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Principal Business Place. Sublessee shall maintain its principal place of business and chief executive office and the office where it keeps its business and financial records and files concerning the Transaction Documents at the location specified in Clause 27. Sublessee shall hold and preserve such records and files concerning the Transaction Documents and shall permit representatives of Sublessor at any time during normal business hours to inspect and make abstracts from such records and files. Sublessee shall give Sublessor at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of any change in Sublessee's principal place of business and chief executive office, and shall co-operate with Sublessor in executing and delivering all such documents as Sublessor may reasonably request which are required or desirable as a result of such change of principal place of business of Sublessee.
