Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Company and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the same extent as other companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Company or such Subsidiary operates and to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Guarantor or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible financially sound and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is are usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in or a similar business and similarly situated, which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesinsurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from coverage thereof.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (or continue to maintain self-insurance) in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks risks, and with such deductibles or self-insurance retentions, as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Parent or such Subsidiary operatesoperates (it being understood that the foregoing shall not apply to maintenance of reinsurance or similar matters which shall be solely within the reasonable business judgment of the Parent and its Subsidiaries).

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Significant Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance (including self-insurance, in amounts consistent with industry practice and custom) with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the applicable Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. MaintainMaintain or cause to be maintained, and cause each of its Principal Subsidiaries to maintainmaintain or cause to be maintained, insurance with responsible (including appropriate plans of self-insurance) covering the Borrower, the Principal Subsidiaries and reputable insurance companies or associations their respective properties, in effect at all times in such amounts and covering such risks as may be required by law and, in addition, as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which as the Borrower or and such Subsidiary operatesPrincipal Subsidiaries.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that such Loan Party and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (or pursuant to self-insurance arrangements) in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which any member of the Borrower or such Subsidiary Consolidated Group operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance (including business interruption and hazards) with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations and such insurance shall be maintained in such amounts (with such deductibles and self insured retentions) and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies of similar size, engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower any Loan Party or such Subsidiary any of its Subsidiaries operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which such Loan Party or such Subsidiaries operate, but in no event shall such amounts be lower or coverages be less comprehensive than the respective insurance amounts and coverages maintained by the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesand its Subsidiaries on the Closing Date approved by the Administrative Agent.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Parent or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Parent or such Material Subsidiary operatesoperates (it being understood that the foregoing shall not apply to maintenance of reinsurance or similar matters which shall be solely within the reasonable business judgment of the Parent and its Subsidiaries).

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in consistent with prudent business practice for the same general areas industries in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure (including through captive insurance subsidiaries) to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in properties; provided, however, that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the same general areas extent as other companies engaged in which similar businesses and owning similar properties and to the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesextent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Company and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the same extent as other companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Company or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, (i) insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses of similar size and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the such Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesoperates and (ii) additional insurance to the extent required under applicable law, rule, regulation or order unless, in either case, the failure to maintain such insurance, either individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries) to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Company and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent consistent with prudent business practice for companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Company or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried obtained by companies engaged in similar businesses of comparable size and financial strength and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates, or, to the extent the Borrower or Subsidiary deems it reasonably prudent to do so, through its own program of self-insurance.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties as such Loan Party and such Subsidiaries in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that such Loan Party and its Subsidiaries may self insure to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the such Borrower or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that such Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure (including through captive insurance subsidiaries) to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (i) in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates, and (ii) reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, and naming the Agent as an additional insured or as loss payee as the respective interests appear.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its their respective Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible financially sound and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is are usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in or similar business and similarly situated, which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesinsurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from coverage thereof.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesits Subsidiaries operate, provided that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent and in the manner normal for companies of like size, type and financial condition.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries) to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, appropriate and adequate insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations or with self-insurance programs to the extent consistent with prudent practices of the Company and its Subsidiaries or otherwise customary in their respective industries in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties customary in the same general areas industries in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Company and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent it determines in its good faith reasonable business judgment that such insurance is consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. (i) Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its ------------------------ Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is the Borrower shall from time to time determine, based on its experience and knowledge of the industry, are of a character usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Parent or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Consolidated Subsidiaries, all to the extent material to the Company and its Consolidated Subsidiaries taken as a whole, to maintain, maintain insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (or through a self-insurance program deemed reasonable by the Company) in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually customarily carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Consolidated Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (at the time the relevant coverage is placed or renewed) in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in the same or similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesoperates except where failure to maintain such insurance could not be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Paxar or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Significant Subsidiary operates, provided that the Company may self-insure, or insure through captive insurers or insurance cooperatives, to the extent consistent with prudent business practices.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance (including, without limitation, liability insurance) with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Person or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the such Borrower or its Subsidiaries operate, provided that such Subsidiary operatesBorrower or any of its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent and in the manner normal for companies of like size, type and financial condition.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Material Subsidiary operates; provided that the Loan Parties shall be permitted to self-insure in such amounts and covering such risks as is usual and customary among companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Material Subsidiary operates.

Maintain, and cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible financially sound and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is are usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in or a similar business and similarly situated, which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesinsurance may provide for reasonable deductibility from coverage thereof.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts as are usually carried, and covering such risks as is usually carried are ordinarily insured against, by companies Persons engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or and each such Subsidiary operatessubsidiary operate; and comply, and cause each subsidiary to comply, with all conditions and requirements necessary to maintain such insurance in effect.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Guarantor or such Material Subsidiary operatesoperates (it being understood that the foregoing shall not apply to maintenance of reinsurance or similar matters which shall be solely within the reasonable business judgment of the Guarantor and its Subsidiaries).

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance (including, without limitation, business interruption insurance) with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations associations, insurance, including business interruption insurance with respect to each manufacturing plant, in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesbusinesses.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance (including, with respect to the Borrowing Base Assets, the insurance required by the terms of the Mortgages) with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operatesSubsidiaries operate.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in consistent with prudent business practice for the same general areas industries in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates, the failure to comply with which would reasonably likely result in a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Company and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that such Loan Party and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the same extent as other companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties and to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance or cause to be maintained for each of its Material Subsidiaries, with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (or through reasonable and customary programs of self-insurance) insurance in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or any such Material Subsidiary operates.

Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is are usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Material Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its ------------------------ Subsidiaries to maintain, appropriate and adequate insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations or with self- insurance programs to the extent consistent with prudent practices of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries or otherwise customary in their respective industries in such amounts and covering such Credit Agreement ---------------- risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties customary in the same general areas industries in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (or continue to maintain self-insurance) in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by reputable companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates, except to the extent failure to maintain such insurance, individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance (including with respect to the Real Property Collateral, the insurance required by the terms of the Mortgages) including, without limitation, business interruption insurance and earthquake insurance, with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower each Credit Party or such Significant Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Guarantor or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Guarantor and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the same extent as other companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Guarantor or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operatesSubsidiaries operate.

Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance, including, without limitation, business interruption insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (or through self-insurance in a manner consistent with commercially reasonable practices) in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the US Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Significant Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Parent or such Significant Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower Guarantor or such Subsidiary operatesits Subsidiaries operate, provided that the Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent and in the manner normal for companies of like size, type and financial condition, except as otherwise provided in the Lease.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesoperates (it being understood that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent customary with companies similarly situated and in the same or similar businesses).

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its ------------------------ Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance (including self-insurance, in amounts consistent with industry practice and custom) with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates; provided, however, that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent it determines in its good faith reasonable business judgment that such insurance is consistent with prudent business practice.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance or cause to be maintained for each of its Material Subsidiaries, with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations (or through reasonable and customary programs of self-insurance) insurance in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or any such Material Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance including, without limitation, business interruption insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower USI or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its ------------------------ Subsidiaries to maintain, appropriate and adequate insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations or with self- insurance programs to the extent consistent with prudent practices of the Company and its Subsidiaries or otherwise customary in their respective industries in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties customary in the same general areas industries in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its ------------------------ Material Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations associations, insurance, including business interruption insurance with respect to each manufacturing plant, in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operatesbusinesses.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, appropriate and adequate insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations or with self‑insurance programs to the extent consistent with prudent practices of the Company and its Subsidiaries or otherwise customary in their respective industries in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties customary in the same general areas industries in which the Borrower Company or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance (including, with respect to the Eligible Real Estate Assets, the insurance required by the terms of the Mortgages) with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Loan Party or such Subsidiary operatesSubsidiaries operate.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance maintain with responsible financially sound and reputable insurance companies or associations (after giving effect to self-insurance), insurance in such amounts and covering such risks (but including in any event general liability, product liability and business interruption), and with such deductibles or self-insurance retentions, as is usually carried by companies of similar size and engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually customarily carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in properties, taking into account the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations that the Borrower believes are responsible and reputable at the time the relevant coverage is placed or renewed, in such amounts and covering such risks (and with such risk retentions) as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations and such insurance shall be maintained in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower any Loan Party or such Subsidiary any of its Subsidiaries operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. MaintainIt shall maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Borrower such Credit Party or such Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. Maintain, and cause each of its their Restricted Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually consistent with that carried by similarly sized companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the Parent, the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary operates.

Maintenance of Insurance. MaintainMaintain (or have maintained on its behalf or maintain on behalf of each of its Subsidiaries), and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, insurance with responsible and reputable insurance companies or associations in such amounts and covering such risks as is usually carried by companies engaged in similar businesses and owning similar properties in the same general areas in which the such Borrower or such Subsidiary operates; it being understood and agreed that Crompton Corp. and its Subsidiaries may self-insure to the extent consistent with prudent business practice.
