Maintenance of Insurance Generally. Except when the failure to do so does not have and could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, LRC and its Subsidiaries have maintained and will maintain insurance with respect to its properties and businesses, with financially sound and reputable insurers, having coverages against losses or damages of the kinds customarily insured against by reputable companies in the same or similar businesses, such insurance being the types, and in amounts no less than the amounts, which are customary for such companies under similar circumstances.
