Maintenance of Grantor Property. Grantee agrees, at its sole cost and expense, for so long as this Agreement is in effect, to take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure that the construction contemplated herein and the Improvements do not result in any damage to any property of Grantor and to repair any such damage at Grantee’s sole cost and expense.
