Common use of Maintenance Of Flood Insurance Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Of Flood Insurance. With respect to any improved real property subject to a Mortgage, if at any time the area in which the buildings and other improvements (as described in the applicable Mortgage) are located is designated a “flood hazard area” in any Flood Insurance Rate Map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency), obtain flood insurance in such reasonable total amount as the Agent may from time to time reasonably require, and otherwise to ensure compliance with the NFIP as set forth in the Flood Laws. Following the ARCA Effective Date, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent annual renewals of each flood insurance policy or annual renewals of each force-placed flood insurance policy, as applicable. In connection with any amendment to this Agreement pursuant to which any increase, extension, or renewal of Loans is contemplated, the Borrower shall cause to be delivered to the Agent for any Mortgaged Property, a Flood Determination Form, Borrower Notice and Evidence of Flood Insurance, as applicable.
