Maintenance of Financial Records and Audit Clause. i. Contractor shall maintain financial records pertaining to all matters relative to this Agreement in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and procedures. Contractor shall retain all of its records and supporting documentation applicable to this Agreement with the City for a period of three (3) years, except as follows:
