Maintenance of Existence and Properties. The Borrower shall preserve and maintain its existence. The Borrower shall preserve and keep in force and effect all licenses, Permits, franchises, approvals, patents, trademarks, trade names, trade styles, copyrights, and other proprietary rights necessary to the proper conduct of its operations where the failure to do so could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
