Common use of Maintenance of Certain Servicing Policies Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Certain Servicing Policies. During the term of its service as Master Servicer, the Master Servicer shall maintain in force (i) a policy or policies of insurance covering errors and omissions in the performance of its obligations as servicer hereunder and (ii) a fidelity bond in respect of its officers, employees or agents. Each such policy or policies and bond shall, together, comply with the requirements from time to time of Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac for personx xxxxoxxxng sxxxxxxxg for mortgage loans purchased by such corporation. The Master Servicer shall prepare and present, on behalf of itself, the Trustee and Certificateholders, claims under any such errors and omissions policy or policies or fidelity bond in a timely fashion in accordance with the terms of such policy or bond, and upon the filing of any claim on any policy or bond described in this Section, the Master Servicer shall promptly notify the Trustee of any such claims and the Trustee shall notify the Rating Agency of such claim.
