Maintenance of Business; Existence. The Company shall continue to engage primarily in the automotive business and preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its organizational existence and take all reasonable actions to maintain all rights necessary for the normal conduct of its principal line of business, except, in each case, (i) to the extent that failure to do so would not have a Material Adverse Effect and (ii) as otherwise permitted or provided in the Loan Documents.
