Maintenance Initial Operating Experience. To help the Buyer with maintenance Initial Operating Experience, such as Aircraft handling and servicing, flight crew and maintenance coordination, use of manuals and any other activities that the instructor might deem necessary after delivery of the first Aircraft, the Seller will provide the Buyer free of charge *** maintenance instructor-days at the Buyer's base. Additional Initial Operating Experience will be provided at the Buyer's expense.
