Maintenance Information. At or prior to completion of the Unit, Seller will provide Purchaser with information relating to the maintenance of the Unit (the “Maintenance Information”). Purchaser agrees to read the Maintenance Information and perform all reasonable and necessary maintenance to the Home, including following the requirements set forth in the Maintenance Information or in any consumer product information provided by Seller. Purchaser’s failure to read the Maintenance Information or the consumer products information will not relieve Purchaser or Purchaser’s obligation to maintain the Unit.
