Maintenance and Testing. Provider shall install and maintain a utility- grade kilowatt-hour (“kWh”) meter (“Meter”) at the Site where a System is installed for the measurement of Energy provided to Customer at the Site, which shall measure the kWh output of the System on a continuous basis. Upon Customer’s written request, Provider shall furnish a copy of all technical specifications and accuracy calibrations for each Meter, as well as all metering data and energy production calculations. Provider shall test the Meter in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations and provide the results of such testing to the Customer upon Customer’s request.
