Maintenance and Renewals Clause Samples
The Maintenance and Renewals clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for ongoing upkeep and periodic renewal of products, services, or agreements covered by the contract. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for performing maintenance tasks, the standards to be met, and the process for renewing licenses, subscriptions, or service terms, including any notice periods or renewal fees.
