Common use of Maintenance and Preservation of Property Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Preservation of Property. (a) Trustor shall keep the Property in good condition and repair and shall not commit or allow waste of the Property. Trustor shall not remove or demolish the Property or any part of it, or alter, restore or add to the Property, or initiate or allow any change in any zoning or other land use classification which affects the Property or any part of it, except with Beneficiary's express prior written consent in each instance.
