MAINTENANCE ADDENDUM Sample Clauses

A Maintenance Addendum is a contractual provision that outlines the responsibilities and procedures for maintaining property, equipment, or leased premises. It typically specifies which party is responsible for routine upkeep, repairs, and associated costs, and may detail required standards or schedules for maintenance activities. By clearly allocating maintenance duties, this clause helps prevent disputes over repair obligations and ensures that the property or equipment remains in good condition throughout the contract term.
