Intrusive PCAs Clause Samples

The 'Intrusive PCAs' clause defines the rules and limitations regarding Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) that involve invasive or disruptive testing methods. Typically, this clause outlines when and how a party may conduct intrusive inspections, such as drilling, cutting, or removing building materials, often requiring prior notice or consent from the property owner. By setting these boundaries, the clause protects the property from unnecessary damage and ensures that any necessary intrusive investigations are conducted responsibly, balancing the need for thorough due diligence with the preservation of the property's condition.
