MAINTAINING PROPER ENVIRONMENT. Customer shall provide a proper environment for the Equipment (e.g., temperature and humidity, stability and reliability of power provisioning, and physical installation and access) in accordance with Copper Mountain's published requirements. Any failure, service interruption, or damage to the Equipment that results from adverse environmental conditions unrelated to any inherent aspects of the Equipment (a) is not covered by this Agreement, (b) may void any warranty provided by Copper Mountain, and (c) may require additional services and/or replacement equipment at Customer's expense.
