Maintaining Authorisations Sample Clauses
Maintaining Authorisations. The Owner shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect all authorisations required for the operation and maintenance of the Plant (other than those which need to be obtained and maintained by, or in the name of, the Operator). The Owner shall provide reasonable assistance to the Operator in the obtaining and maintenance by the Operator of any authorisations to be obtained under Clause 3.4.
Maintaining Authorisations. The Operator shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect all authorisations required to enable the Operator to provide the Operation Services and which need to be obtained and maintained by, or in the name of, the Operator. The Operator shall provide reasonable assistance to the Owner in the obtaining and maintenance by the Owner of any authorisations to be obtained under Clause 4.2.
