Common use of Maintain Security Clause in Contracts

Maintain Security. The Contractor shall provide commercially reasonable security for the Deployment, provided, however, that in no event shall the level of security provided by Contractor with respect to the deployment fall below the level of security the Contractor provides for its own servers, equipment, software, data, and personnel or below the level generally accepted as industry standard.
