Maintain Operating Accounts. Maintain all of its operating accounts and cash management arrangements with the Agent or with (x)The Chase Manhattan Bank of Canada or (y) any of the chartered banks of Canada or other financial institution approved by the Agent and on terms (which shall include obtaining blocked account agreements) satisfactory to the Agent in its sole discretion.
