Maintain Operating Accounts. Maintain all of its primary operating accounts with the Bank, unless the Borrower shall have provided evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Bank that for geographical purposes or in order to comply with applicable Requirements of Law such accounts are required to be maintained elsewhere.
