Common use of Maintain Existence Clause in Contracts

Maintain Existence. Borrower shall preserve and maintain its existence, rights and privileges in the jurisdiction of its organization and qualify and remain qualified in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is necessary in view of its business and operations.

Maintain Existence. Each Borrower shall preserve and maintain its existence, rights and privileges in the jurisdiction of its organization and qualify and remain qualified in each other jurisdiction in which such qualification is necessary in view of its business and operationsoperations except to the extent that any failure to qualify or remain qualified in any other jurisdiction would not constitute a Material Adverse Occurrence.
