Maintain Accreditation Sample Clauses
The "Maintain Accreditation" clause requires a party, typically an educational institution or professional organization, to continuously uphold its accredited status with a recognized accrediting body throughout the duration of an agreement. This means the party must comply with all standards and requirements set by the accrediting authority, such as regular reviews, reporting, and quality assurance measures. Maintain Accreditation. EWU will maintain NACEP accreditation. EWU is NACEP accredited and will provide documentation of accreditation to the CIHS Standards Report Review Committee no later than July 1, 2024. The certificate of accreditation is evidence EWU has met the most recent NACEP student, curriculum and assessment, faculty, and evaluation standards, as well as the state required standards contained in WAC ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, -130, -140, -150, and -160.
Maintain Accreditation. The Institution must maintain accreditation by a state or regional accreditation agency. Loss of accreditation shall be considered grounds for disestablishment action under paragraph 3.E.2 of this agreement.
