Machine Upgrades and Engineering Changes Sample Clauses

The 'Machine Upgrades and Engineering Changes' clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to modifying or improving machinery during the course of a contract. It typically specifies how upgrades or engineering changes are proposed, approved, and implemented, and may address who bears the associated costs and how such changes affect delivery schedules or warranties. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear process for handling technological improvements or necessary modifications, minimizing disputes and maintaining operational efficiency.
