M7 Additional Terms Sample Clauses
The 'M7 Additional Terms' clause defines the process for including supplementary provisions or conditions that are not covered elsewhere in the main agreement. This clause typically allows the parties to specify unique requirements, obligations, or exceptions that are tailored to their specific transaction, such as special payment terms, additional deliverables, or bespoke service levels. By providing a structured way to incorporate these extra terms, the clause ensures that all negotiated points are formally recognized, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent future disputes over unaddressed issues.
