Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.
Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.
Boundary means any lateral or street boundary of a site;

Area of Interest means the area described in Part 2 of Exhibit A.
Abut or "abutting" means immediately contiguous or physically touching, and, when used with respect to a lot or site, means that the lot or site physically touches upon another lot or site, and shares a property line or boundary line with it;
Perimeter means the fenced or walled area of the institution that restrains the movement of the inmates.
Contiguous means lots, parcels or fractional interests that
Streets means the surface of, and the space above and below, any and all streets, avenues, highways, boulevards, concourses, driveways, bridges, tunnels, parks, parkways, waterways, docks, bulkheads, wharves, piers, public grounds, and public places or waters within and belonging to the Franchising Authority and any other property within the Franchise Area to the extent to which there exist public easements or public rights-of-way.
Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.
Land means the land described in Exhibit A.
Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.
Adjacent means either immediately contiguous to or abutting a neighboring property, lot or walkway, and excludes property, lots, or walkways across the street from, or diagonally opposite across an intersection from the subject property, lot, or walkway.
Flood Boundary and Floodway Map (FBFM means an official map of a community, issued by the FEMA, on which the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the floodways are delineated. This official map is a supplement to and shall be used in conjunction with the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.
Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
Corner unless otherwise defined, means a property corner, or a property controlling corner, or a public land survey corner, or any combination of these.
Area means Monterey County, San Benito County, and Santa Cruz County.
the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;
Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.
Acre or “Acreage” means the land area of an Assessor’s Parcel as shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the land area shown on the applicable Final Map or other parcel map recorded at the County Recorder’s Office.
footpath means a road over which there is a public right of way for pedestrians only, not being a footway;
ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.
Alley means a public right-of-way, other than a street, affording secondary means of access to abutting property.
Contiguous zone means the entire zone established by the United States under Article 24 of the Convention on the Territorial Sea and the Contiguous Zone (37 FR 11906 June 15, 1972).
