LPR System Sample Clauses

LPR System. Unless otherwise provided in a Proposal (and notwithstanding the provisions of the MCA), Customer will prepay a subscription Fee yearly (each a “Subscription Year”), as set forth in a Proposal. If Customer orders any additional LPR Product(s) under the VaaS Program subsequent to Customer’s initial purchase, the Fees for the additional LPR Product will be added to the yearly subscription Fee and will be payable on the same Fee payment schedule as the initial LPR Products purchased by the Customer; provided, however, that for the first Subscription Year during which such additional LPR Product(s) is purchased, the subscription Fee for the applicable additional LPR Product(s) will be prorated based on the applicable number of days remaining in such initial Subscription Year.
