LPA. In addition to this employment agreement framework, the provisions of the Labour Placement Act (LPA), the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), the Labour Act (LA), the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure (CCP), the Replacement Employment Act (REA) and the Federal Act on the General Binding Declaration of Collective Employment Agreements shall apply. Where benefits are defined in this framework agreement based on the length of service at Source Group International GmbH, this corresponds to the cumulative working weeks of the individual assignments performed at Source Group Interna- tional GmbH within 12 months. This does not apply to the probationary period and the duration of the notice periods, as the probationary period and the relevant period of employment for determining the notice period begin anew for each individual assignment. However, it is important to bear in mind court practice in relation to chain labour contracts. The present framework employment contract does not obligate Source Group International GmbH to offer an employment contract or to accept an employment offer from TE. For each new assignment, an individual assignment contract must be concluded in writing.
